This Specification describes all labor and material that will be required for a complete reroofing project for the Cullman County Property located at 310 3rd Ave NE, Cullman, AL. 1. Set up safety stands around perimeter of roof. 2. Set up fall protection before start of roofing work. 3. Follow OSHA Standards for Roof top installations. 4. Keep site clean and free of debris. 5. Provide roof access from ground to roof. 6. Provide permits, licensing, submittals, shop drawing, and dumpsters. 7. Remove existing roof down to deck. 8. Load new roof and prepare roof for installation. 9. Furnish and install new wood nailer as required. 10. Furnish and install new 2" Base layer insulation over existing roof adhered with low rise. 11. Furnish and install new .5" Start tapered polyiso with low rise foam to the edge of the roof. a. Install low rise adhesive 12" on center in the field. b. Install low rise adhesive 6" on the center in the perimeter. c. Install low rise adhesive 4" on the center in the corners. 12. Furnish and install new 60mil TPO adhered. 13. Furnish and install new 60mil TPO membrane on all wall, drains, curb, pipe, and edge flashings. 14. Furnish and install new plywood on walls for separation barrier between membrane and asphalt. d. Allow for TPO membrane to adhere directly to ply wood 15. Furnish and install drain flashing with target patches. Install new T patches at all joints. 16. Furnish and install new 22ga cleat and 24ga prefinished coping. e. Cullman County Commission to select color. 17. Furnish and install new termination bar with caulking and counterflashing at all walls and curbs. 18. Furnish and install new TPO clad metal pitch pockets around existing pipe stands per manufacturers detail. 19. Furnish and install new drain inserts and flashings. 20. Furnish and install new 24ga edge metal and cover strip per manufacturers specs. 21. Furnish and install new gutters and downspouts. 22. Provide Cullman County Commission with 20-year system Basic NDL warranty for TPO system
