* * As of 11/16/2021, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The estimated budget is $700,000-$900,000. The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitation of approximately 5,800 feet of 8-inch sewer, 2,700 feet of 10-inch sewer, 1,400 feet of 12-inch sewer, 1,400 feet of 15-inch sewer, 200 feet of 16-inch sewer, and 1,400 feet of 21-inch sewer using cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining and rehabilitation of approximately 62 manholes. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Instructions to Bidders.
