As of 11/10/2021 This project has not been awarded. New 90 mil EPDM roof system for Millard Public Schools/West High School-Roof C-2, located at 5710 S. 176th Ave, Omaha, NE 68135. The project includes removal of existing BUR systems and flashings, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof system, polyiso insulation, roof drain replacement, new flashings, cap metal, vent stacks, wood nailers, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Area to be re-roofed is approx. 28,208 S.F. Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the Millard Public Schools West High School Roof Replacement Ph. VII - Roof Area C-2 Renovations will take place during staff and student summer vacation but various areas of the facility will be occupied by summer school activities. Contractors and MWHS staff will work closely to isolate areas of work. D. Work at the facility shall be allowed during normal working hours throughout the project, however, the contractor must provide, at all times, for clear exit paths, proper lighting, and fire/smoke protection (subject to approval of all authorities having jurisdiction) and protection against any and all fumes and odors caused by construction activities. The contractor shall halt or modify any activities the Owner determines to be disruptive in any manner to their continued use of the building. The Owner will award a combined contract which includes the following categories of work: 1. Roof Preparation and Construction 2. Roof Drain Work 3. Sheet Metal work 4. Adjustable Pipe Supports 5. Miscellaneous removal, mechanical & electrical work required to facilitate re-roofing
