Project no 70152, P20-10647, 1073034.010.011 This project has been awarded to Award Construction, Inc in the amount of $4,008,302 The City of Shoreline, in accor-dance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and the Regulations, hereby noti-fies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any con-tract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvan-taged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not he discrim-inated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, in con-sideration for an award. The City of Shoreline seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project referenced above. The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the replacement stormwater Pump Station 26 and the Linden, Palatine, Ronald Bog, Pan Terra, Serpentine, and PS-25 Pump Station improvements, including but not limited to storage and infiltration systems, stormwater pretreatment system, civil and mechanical improvements, electrical and control systems, new electrical utility services, site and frontage improvements, restoration of public rights-of-way and private property, and site landscaping and amenities. The work includes work at multiple sites on surface water pumping stations throughout the City of Shoreline. The work at each pump station site includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Pump Station 26 a. Demolition and site clearing. b. Mass excavation and fill including Contractor-designed shoring systems. c. Stormwater pretreatment and storage and infiltration systems. d. Submersible pump station wetwell, valve vault, pumping equipment, piping, valves, and ancillary items. e. General site and right-of-way work, including grading, buried piping, curb and gutter, paving, sidewalks. f. Electrical power and control systems and standby power system connection, including providing new cables and connections for the City's existing portable engine generator. g. Utilities (power and water). h. Landscaping and park amenities 2. Linden Pump Station a. Infiltration pipe replacement with new catch basins. b. New submersible pump and forcemain piping. c. Electrical, control panel, and SCADA unit. d. Site and pavement protection and restoration. 3. Palatine Pump Station a. New submersible pump and forcemain piping. b. Electrical, control panel, and SCADA unit. c. Site and pavement protection and restoration 4. Ronald Bog Pump Station a. New electrical service. b. Replacement of the existing Ronald Bog Level monitoring system. c. New control panel with SCADA unit and radio communications to the Ronald Bog Level monitoring system. 5. Pan Terra Pump Station a. Access road improvements and ecology block wall. b. Davit bases, repair of cable trough, new vault hatch lift cylinders, pressure gages, and auxiliary pump connection. c. Addition of intrusion switches at multiple locations and new SCADA unit in the existing control panel. 6. Serpentine Pump Station a. Control modifications including new SCADA unit, replacement of overload relays and new push buttons in the existing control panel. 7. Pump Station 25 a. New fence, davit base, new vault hatch safety grating, and auxiliary pump connection. b. Addition of a new SCADA unit in the existing control panel.
