As of April 4, 2024, project was awarded. The City of Shoreline, Washington is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from individuals or firms interested in providing engineering, design, right-of-way and public outreach professional services for the 160th & Greenwood/Innis Arden Roundabout Project (the "Project"). The objectives of this project are to: 1. Complete design and develop construction documents for a roundabout at the intersection of N 160th Street and Greenwood Ave N/N Innis Arden Ave. 2. Obtain State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) environmental approval. 3. Identify all right of way needs, and facilitate the acquisition of easements and right-ofway. 4. Identify necessary overhead and underground utility relocation. The City has budgeted approximately $200,000-$250,000 for consultant services for the design, right-of-way, and environmental phase of the Project. There are no county, state, or federal grants for this Project. This project does not have a DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) Goal.
