The project will be awarded on January 11th of 2022.*** Q & A Deadline: October 27, 2021Contractor will provide all services to perform renovation of the warming kitchen per the task list below. Demo of existing kitchen: Installation of solid surface (or better) countertops, cabinetry, commercial size sink, dishwasher, large pass-through window spanning the width of the kitchen with roll-top, locking partition; new ceramic tile flooring, paint, recessed can lighting, and pendant lighting. Contractors must be certified by AZ Registrar of Contractors to perform maintenance or repairs on the Kitchen. The contractor will be required to provide proof of certification prior to the award of the contract and keep the same up to date. The contractor will need to submit the price sheet (Form B) and include round-trip trip charges, hourly, overtime, emergency rates, material costs, and all associated fees to perform services when applicable per the fee schedule (Form B), Engineer's Estimate is $1,276,372.80. The City of Prescott, Arizona, requests bids from qualified, licensed contractors to renovate the warming kitchen at the Boys and Girls Club at 335 Aubrey St. This includes demo of the existing kitchen, painting, plumbing, lighting, cabinet installation, flooring, etc. This project is a HUD, CDBG federally-funded construction project and is subject to compliance with all applicable Federal Labor Standards including the Davis Bacon Act.
