Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a municipal facility in Grafton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 13,600-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
This Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand (the "Township") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Design and Build of the Centreton Public Works Facility Addition, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Township of Alnwick/Haldimand proposes to construct a 10 bay garage addition to the existing public works garage, measuring approximately 13,600 sq ft, of addition area. Building construction also includes the conversion of one existing garage bay to office space and accessible compliant washrooms, with a storage mezzanine. Construction also includes site work revisions including: existing building demolition/decommissioning, relocation of existing site ditch, and construction of new concrete island for fuel tanks and pumps, as well asphalt paving. The Work will include the following: Supply all necessary design, engineering and construction services to complete the building and site works and required service connections as indicated in the attached drawing and outline specifications.
