(A) Church Street Tennis Courts: 1. The contractor will remove and dispose of existing fence. 2. The contractor will remove existing clay courts and dispose of all materials and retain existing curbing as appropriate. 3. The contractor will grade new court base to a dimension of 108' wide x 120' long. 4. The contractor will construct a retaining wall, the retaining wall will be constructed from cinderblock with a 4" cap and any exposed cinderblock will be stucco. The retaining wall is located on the William Street/northwest side of the new courts. 5. The contractor will construct (2) two Har-Tru green clay courts and underground sprinkler system. 6. The contractor will roll area with a vibratory roller. 7. The contractor will provide and install new post footings, post, center anchor, straps, and nets. The contractor may reuse nets as appropriate. 8. The contractor will install al new lines, use existing new line material from tennis shed, as appropriate. 9. The contractor will provide line sweeper and court sweeper. (B) Lake Street Courts: 1. The contractor will fill all cracks on the court surface. 2. The contractor will put a binder coat and (2) two seal coats over the court surface the entire surface. 3. The contractor will paint with Laykold paint - green for in-bounds and blue for out-bounds for (1) one tennis court and the (3) three pickleball courts (perpendicular to the tennis court). The contractor will paint white lines for the tennis courts and the pickleball courts. 4. The contractor will furnish and install tennis net in ready-to-play position. 5. The contract will provide three portable pickleball nets with steel posts. Nets must be able to be stabilized and to withstand some wind. The contract will mark where the nets should be placed. 6. The contractor will provide and install net separator between the tennis court and the pickleball courts.
