Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Oshawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 90,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Durham Region Transit new office building at 710 Raleigh Avenue, Oshawa. Only Contractors who are prequalified through Region's RFPQ-1037-2020 shall be considered for this Tender. The new Operations Facility building is approx. 90,000 sq ft and will feature a single-storey Hybrid Mass Timber and Steel Structure with an open concept design that will house operations staff for Durham Regional Transit and be a facility for their Bus Drivers as they come in and out of their shifts. The new facility on the exterior is mainly comprised of curtain wall and metal composite panels and will encompass main offices for their supervisors and supporting staff including payroll office, training room facilities and multiple meeting and break out areas.
