The project consists of, in general, interior renovations, minor demolition, new bathrooms, ceilings, flooring, painting, HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, plumbing, fire suppression, electrical and technology. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE). The construction goal for this project shall be total 10.4% (MBE) / (WBE) participation by state certified firms. A. Perform work and provide material and equipment as shown on Contract Drawings and as specified or indicated in this Section of the Specifications.
