Site work for a civil project in Fargo, North Dakota. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 18, 2022, a design engineer has been selected. Bidding is anticipated to take place in the winter of 2022 and construction to take place in the summer of 2023. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference This project includes the reconstruction of existing storm sewer lift stations #47 and #48 as well as redirecting the storm water runoff within Interstate 29 right of way to these two lift stations. This project is anticipated to be under construction in 2023. We are seeking assistance from qualified and experienced consultants to assist with advancing this project from the current conceptual level to final design, construction and project closeout. The selected consultant will be required to work closely with the City, North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT), Southeast Cass Water Resource District (SE Cass), adjoining property owners, and private utility companies in developing the project. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
