Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Owen Sound, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work of this contract is identified as Kelso Beach Electrical Upgrades and is comprised of: - Demolition of existing electrical distribution equipment throughout the park, including but not limited to switchboards, panelboards, splitters, disconnect switches, enclosures, transformers, feeders, branch wiring, and devices. - Provision of new electrical distribution to electrical closets, new service pedestals, and electrical loads throughout the park. The distribution system includes provisions to support the electrical requirements of various events held in the park throughout the year. - Provision of new pathway, parking lot, and area lighting throughout the park.
