Site work and renovation of a civil project in Voorheesville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of December 02, 2021, this project was awarded to R.B. Robinson Contracting, Inc. for $744,798.25. Work shall include, but is not limited to, installation of approximately 2,700 feet of 3 and 4-inch HDPE low pressure sanitary sewer by directional drill on Voorheesville Avenue and Main Street (Albany County Routes 306 and 201). The work includes installation of sewer laterals to 56 properties within the project area and installation of an effluent pump station The Project shall be substantially completed on or before November 15, 2022, and completed and ready for final payment on December 15, 2022. The project schedule shall have work completed in no more than 12 weeks from the notice to proceed. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids will be received on an itemized unit price basis. There will be no Pre-Bid Conference. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Payment for additional Documents and for postage and handling should be made either in cash or by check made payable to C.T. MALE ASSOCIATES. The successful Bidder will be required to comply with the NYSEFC MWBE utilization goals of 23% and all other NYSEFC requirements for this project that is receiving funding from the NYS Water Infrastructure Improvement Act Grant program. The Village of Voorheesville reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject any or all Bids without explanation.
