Fairway Drive intersection including asphalt and miscellaneous removals - utility adjustments - grading - storm sewer - concrete curb & gutter and rolled curb - splitter islands - central island - signage - pavement markings - geotextile fabric - crushed surfacing - asphalt pavement - franchise utility adjustments - 230 linear feet of water main - central island pavers and appurtenances. A certified check - bid bond - or cashiers check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany the proposal.
