Site work and paving for a road / highway in North Fork, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This project consists of removing and patching asphalt edge cracking, removal of surface drains, placing a 2" asphalt overlay on approximately 7.5 miles of the roadway, and chip sealing approximately 9 miles of the roadway. The solicitation is set-aside for Small Businesses. This solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or after April 12, 2022. The anticipated start date is June 1, 2022. The period of performance for the project is 180 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award. This project consists of removing and patching asphalt edge cracking, removal of surface drains, placing a 2" asphalt overlay on approximately 7.5 miles of the roadway, and chip sealing approximately 9 miles of the roadway. Work includes but is not limited to: cutting and removing damaged asphalt on road edge, cutting removing and backfilling existing surface drains, replacing asphalt removed from edge damage and surface drains, placing tack and 2" thick overlay consisting of 1/2 " asphalt, and placing a 1/2 " Chipseal.
