The Contractor shall provide qualified service technicians with five (5) years of experience for the inspection and maintenance of all indoor and outdoor bleachers, indoor and outdoor athletic equipment, operable wall systems, and wood flooring systems at various school facilities owned and operated by the SBSC. The service technicians who are capable of inspecting and maintaining all equipment listed, with verifiable work experience upon request, must be on the job at all times. A helper does not need to have this experience. Annual maintenance inspections will include a complete assessment of all listed bid items and the preparation of detailed reports and unit cost estimates of all necessary labor and materials to maintain and refurbish all detailed items. Report must be comprehensive and prepared in accordance with unit pricing in bid documents. If items required are not specifically detailed on the bid form, hourly rates and material mark-ups as detailed in bid documents shall be utilized. Included with the bid are PSS (Performance Sports Systems) and Gared technical specifications for basketball, football, volleyball, and soccer equipment. Written questions regarding Gymnasium, Bleachers, and Athletic Equipment, Maintenance and Repairs - Bid #22-0103 are due prior to 2:00 p.m. on October 21, 2021.
