Site work and paving for a civil project in Ocean City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Construction of Storm Water Pumping Stations Located at 10th St & Haven Ave and 14th St & Haven Ave The project consists of site work and utility work to install a series of storm drains, structures, discharge pipes, two storm water pump stations, and related pavement restoration. Bid proposals shall be received by the City Clerk of the City of Ocean City, 861 Asbury Avenue, City Hall, Room #101, Ocean City, NJ 08226. Ideally the bid proposals will be submitted by USPS, FedEx, UPS or similar overnight guaranteed service and must arrive at City Hall no later than the time and date that the bids are due. The City shall not be responsible for bid proposals that arrive late or to the wrong location regardless of the postmark date on such bids. Bidders shall be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, Chapter 127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. & N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1, et seq. (Affirmative Action) & Americans with the Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et seq.). A copy of your New Jersey Business Registration Certificate (BRC) should be submitted with your bid package. Bidders' attention shall be called to all of the requirements contained in the General Instructions to Bidders for this contract. As of December 10 2021, this project has yet to announce the awarded general contractor. Location - 10th Street & Haven Avenue 14th Street & Haven Avenue
