MIDDLESEX ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 250 North Middlesex Road Carlisle, PA 17013 The award of contract and construction commencement is anticipated to occur after December 7, 2021 The Work, to be performed incorporates all selective demolition and construction tasks required to complete exterior renovations, interior renovations, and equipment replacement at Middlesex Elementary School. Renovations and repairs include but are not limited to: selective demolition; roof patch work; flashing; exterior facade restoration and cleaning; sidewalks and paving; landscaping; waterproofing; sealants; cutting and patching; door repair and replacement; suspended ceilings and soffits; floor finishes; wall finishes; door assemblies; architectural woodwork and cabinetry; ceramic tile; bathroom accessories; educational equipment; residential appliances; window treatments; sectional doors; special coatings; painting; signage; HVAC; electrical/lighting/intercom; plumbing; and coordination of Owner's separately contracted local area network, security, and FF&E interface.
