The project includes but not limited to the following: - Building demolition including but not limited to acoustical tile ceilings, removal of wall coverings, finishes, interior lighting, walls assemblies including door as shown - Modification to existing electrical system - Modification to interior lighting systems - Interior paint - New interior suspended acoustical ceiling system - New floor finishes - New finish hardware - All associated work required to perform the work indicated unless specifically noted otherwise This project requires a Class B license. In accordance with California Labor Code Section 1770 et seq. payment of the appropriate general prevailing rate of wages for all crafts employed on the public works site is required of the Contractor and all subcontractors.
