Sealed Proposals for the fabrication and installation of new wood shutters at the Smith-Baldwin House A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00, must be deposited by the bidder together with a Certificate of Surety evidencing that he can obtain the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the total amount of the contract. The successful bidder shall be required to deliver to the Township an executed Performance Bond and Payment Bond of the responsible Indemnity Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Bidders are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bid proposals must be placed in sealed envelopes addressed to the Office of Purchasing, Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054 and marked plainly on the outside with the bid description and the name and address of the bidder marked clearly on the outside of the envelope.
