Upgrade of protective relays at Lemieux Island Water Purification Plant (WPP) and to develop electrical coordination and arc-flash hazard studies for both Lemieux and Britannia WPPs. TIMELINE: Request for qualification to provide professional engineering services to prepare specifications, drawings and implementation documents closed in 2021. A subsequent RFP was issued & Stantec was awarded the contract. Details on when a tender will be released is unknown. Any tender for construction will be published on Merx. Coverage has been discontinued
