Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Replacing an existing lift station including a new wet well, valve vault, three submersible pumps, one diesel back-up pump system, electrical and instrumentation, etc. Project also includes approximately 2,200 linear feet of 16-inch force main. Bids are requested for a single prime Contract. Bid security, in a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the highest aggregate bid, shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interest of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2. The Owner also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid, which is deemed most
