Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in McGregor, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

This project is to construct a new Front Street Lift Station and corresponding Force Main. The work consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for construction of a new duplex submersible type sewage lift station with above grade valve enclosure. The sewage lift station work includes providing two (2) submersible raw sewage pumps, process piping, electrical systems, pump controls, SCADA, site work and landscaping, underground utility work and appurtenances associated with the sewage lift station and force main. There will also be restoration of disturbed asphalt and curb & gutter. Major bid items are as follows: New Lift Station Equipment & Structure 340 lin. ft. 4" C900 PVC Force Main, Trenched 120 GPM Raw Sewage Pumps (x2) 200 lin. ft. 4" C900 Fused PVC, Horiz. Dir. Drilled Pump Controls & SCADA 112 tons HMA Pavement New Electrical Service 234 tons Aggregate Base Retaining Wall & 2" HMA Driveway 25 lin. ft. 30" Concrete Curb & Gutter Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or credit union certified share draft in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder shall furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond on the forms provided in the Bidding Documents. The Contract shall be Substantially Complete for Lift Station to be ready and operational by April 1, 2022, Final Restoration and Paving Completion by June 30, 2022, and Ready for Final Payment by July 31, 2022.
