Renovation of a municipal facility in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, services, supervision, tools, equipment, and all other items necessary for the relocation and installation of an existing generator and electrical infrastructure to connect the offices/equipment, IT rooms and the building's life safety loads to the generator system, located at Miami-Dade County Seaport Department. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Requirement: 1. Have completed a minimum of three (3) projects of a similar scope during the past ten (10) years where one of these three (3) projects was completed within the past five (5) years under the firm's current business name. 2. The experience must be demonstrated by the individual of the prime contractor that will have direct or substantial involvement in a supervisory capacity at the Project Manager level or above. As a condition of award, the selected contractor shall submit the individual(s) name(s) and list of past projects, contact information along with references.
