A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Provide all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the construction of Interstate WST Rehabilitation. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Mobilization. 2. Concrete and grout repair on exterior tank base. 3. Tank interior and exterior caulking and surface pits repair. 4. Interior Dry surface cleaning, power tool clean, surface preparation, and coatings. 5. Interior Wet surface repairs, abrasive blasting, and coatings. 6. Exterior surface repairs, abrasive blasting, and coatings. 7. Exterior steel anti-graffiti coating on first ten (10) feet of tank side wall. 8. Replace Roof Manway. 9. Modify existing Interior Dry ladders and install Safety Gates on platforms. 10. Replace Overflow Pipe Weir Box and lower connection, add Duckbill Check valve, and install new drainpipe from Hatch Drain to Overflow Pipe. 11. Replace 8 vent screens with new insect screens, replace Interior Dry motorized exhaust fan with a new screened vent, and repair existing roof vents. 12. Provide stainless steel Cable Fall Protection assemblies on ladders. 13. Replace Check, Butterfly, and Altitude Valves, and add Ball valves, Air Bleed Valves, Pressure Gage and Pressure Indicating Transmitter. 14. Provide Hydrodynamic Mixing System, including associated controls. 15. Provide Thermal Probes, including associated controls. 16. Provide and install Sampling Station. 17. Vault concrete and grout repair, waterproofing, and conduit penetration repair on interior walls of Altitude and Pipe Chase Vaults, and hatch drainpipe. 18. Tank interior Spray-in-Place insulation on walls and condensate ceiling of the tank 19. Tank interior concrete floor surface repair, preparation, and epoxy coating. 20. Replace Compression Ring. 21. Interior tank lighting operation check, LED replacements, exterior tank lighting, and site lighting. 22. Install 2 Unit Heaters in tank base and 1 Unit Heater in Valve Vault. 23. Tank Disinfection and Hydraulic testing. 24. Waste management. 25. Interior tank drain CCTV testing from interior floor to Pipe Chase Vault and exit from Valve Vault. 26. Replace Person Door, frame and lockset, weatherproof and cleanup overhead door. 27. Restoration and Minor Site Grading. 28. Demobilization and Close-out. 29. Two-Year Warranty. 30.
