Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tega Cay, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of December 14, 2023, per owner, council has voted to not move forward with this project. The date to receive questions no later than January 29, 2022. The City of Tega Cay reserves the right without prejudice to reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals received, to waive all technicalities, or to negotiate any term(s) or provision(s) of such proposals. Such rejection, waiver, or negotiation shall be accomplished in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the City. It also reserves the right to be the sole judge of the suitability of any and all proposals for use by the City. The City of Tega Cay reserves the right to reject or otherwise disregard, in whole or in part, any ambiguous proposals or proposals which are uncertain as to terms, delivery, quantity of compliance with specifications. The City of Tega Cay wishes to hire a qualified firm to provide the Design and Construction Documentation, Cost Analysis, Specifications and Construction Administration relating to the construction of the connector trail. All questions pertaining to this RFP must be submitted in writing by emailing jblethen@tegacaysc.gov no later than 5:00 PM (EST) on November 29, 2021. Only written questions will be considered formal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. (Awarded Bid: Seamon Whiteside $42,380)
