Renovation of a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of January 13, 2022, the project was awarded to S&S Builders, LLC for $105,104.69 and this is only for Street and Alley Department, Landfill not included. The approx start date is 3/1/2022 completion 9/2022. The City will reject bids from any company who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier's check made payable to the City of Cheyenne. The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. A surety bond is required for contracts over $150,000.00. Provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are, by reference, made an express part of the contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding.
