Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Originally constructed in 1992, the Central Maintenance Facility (CMF) was expanded in 2006. The current facility does not meet the requirements to store or maintain CNG vehicles. The updated facility will include a CNG rated vehicle storage and maintenance area and a drive through truck wash area. The original roof system and HVAC is from 1992, over 30 years old with no rehabilitation completed since then. A security fence would also be included in this project The project is included in the City's 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 05, 2025, further details have not yet been identified *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
