Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a 27,000-square-foot stadium; 9,500-square-foot office development; warehouse / distribution facility; medical facility; for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Expansion and renovation of the Municipal Athletic Complex, including 1.) 27,000SF arena addition including locker rooms, training facilities, and sports medicine space; 2.) 9,500SF lobby addition including offices, ticketing, restrooms; 3.) Replacement of arena refrigeration system; 4.) Dick Putz Field demolition and replacement, including artificial turf; 5.) Joe Faber Field upgrades including drainage correction, artificial turf, additional office and storage space; and 5.) Mechanical and structural upgrades including roof, desiccant and dehumidification equipment, sound system. Project is included City of St. Cloud FY 2025 - 2030 CIP. As of June 24, 2025, per owner, construction team identified, completion expected February 2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
