Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 27,000-square-foot stadium; 9,500-square-foot office development; warehouse / distribution facility; medical facility; for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Expansion and renovation of the Municipal Athletic Complex, including; 1.) 27,000 s.f. arena addition including locker rooms, training facilities, and sports medicine space; 2.) 9,500 s.f. lobby addition including offices, ticketing, restrooms; 3.) Replacement of arena refrigeration system; 4.) Dick Putz Field demolition and replacement, including artificial turf; 5.) Joe Faber Field upgrades including drainage correction, artificial turf, additional office and storage space; and, 5.)Mechanical and structural upgrades including roof, dessicant and dehumidification equipment, sound system.
