New construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Ponteix, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,664-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
This invitation to tender is posted on behalf of the Notukeu Regional Park Board Authority. The Notukeu Regional Park Board will be the General Contractor so looking for tenders for subcontractors to complete the following: Building Construction; Material for building construction; Concrete and installation; Plumbing and Plumbing Fixtures; Electrical and Electrical Fixtures; Drywall & Painting. May tender on any or all categories. Note: Plumbing also requires six(6) floor drains: bathroom(3), change rooms(2) and in the mechanical room(1) A copy of an up to date clearance certificate of letter of good standing with the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board to be included with tender submission. Payment of Sask. WCB premium is the responsibility of the subcontractor. A copy of liability insurance must be provided. Electrical, Gas, and/or Plumbing Permits to be included in each tender. Subcontractor must follow all Building Codes pertaining to the project and work alongside a Building Inspector when needed. The Board is looking for the total project to be completed by May 15, 2022. Anticipated award date: by November 14, 2021
