The Town of Perth invites Tender Submissions from qualified/certified Contractor/Firm(s) interested in "RFT ES-2022-15 Rogers Road Bridge Rehabilitation". Rogers Road Bridge is located within the Town of Perth, Ontario on Rogers Road (approximately 0.1km south of John Street) traversing the Tay River. This structure is a 20.8m single span, reinforced concrete slab on prestressed I-girder bridge which was originally constructed circa 1964 and later rehabilitated in 1987 and 2003. The deck cross-section consists of 2 vehicular driving lanes (total roadway width of approximately 8.53m) and pedestrian sidewalks (with a clear width of approximately 1.83m each) are present along each side of the driving surface. A traffic barrier, consisting of a concrete parapet wall with a single steel railing, is present along the exterior edges of the sidewalks. Currently, a 305mm diameter insulated water main is present passing through the ballast walls and over the bridges, suspended from the deck soffit. Question Deadline: July 20th, 2022 @ 4:30pm
