Solicitation- 1848.03, 20027, 861, 13104.01P The Project will result in tenant and site improvements for the Police Department Bureaus, Property and Evidence and Forensics, to occupy and operate from the 9362 Studio Court facility and perimeter fencing and gates around the Police Department Campus. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Tenant Improvements: demolition of non-load bearing walls and other minor interior demolition, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, new vehicle bay, new laboratory, roof replacement, new Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) units and infrastructure, back-up power, access control management system and camera surveillance, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and relocation of existing equipment from other City owned facilities and installation at 9362 Studio Court. Site Improvements: demolition of exterior load bearing walls, accessibility improvements, landscaping, irrigation and tree removal, fencing, vehicle gate motors, pedestrian gates, parking lot modifications, exterior camera surveillance and access control management, upsize domestic water line, and site lighting. The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of site and tenant improvements at the City owned, unoccupied facility located at 9362 Studio Court, Elk Grove, CA 95758. The Project will result in tenant and site improvements for the Police Department Bureaus, Property and Evidence and Forensics, to occupy and operate from the 9362 Studio Court facility. The Project will also result in perimeter fencing and gates around the larger Police Department Campus. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: a.
