Renovation of a municipal facility in Butler, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Cassville is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified firms or individuals to provide architectural and engineering services related to the design and construction of a new Public Works Facility. The City desires to enter into a master agreement with a firm/consultant who can produce a preliminary development planning study as well as construction plans/specifications and construction administration documents. The master agreement is expected to incorporate Geo-Tech, Civil Engineering, Architectural and interior design, landscape architecture and MEP Engineering. Prior to finalizing a response, Architects are encouraged to schedule and attend an interview and site visit with key City staff members. This step is not mandatory. As of October 3, 2023, a design team and contractor have been selected. Per owner, construction should begin after the first of the year. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
