Lists of structural steel installation and rebar are due within 48 hours of when the bids were opened Permission to bid was granted by the Board of Directors on October 11, 2021. In accordance with state law, bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor""'s license at the time of submitting bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier""'s check, or bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total bid. This surety shall be forfeited in event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond. The Central Valley School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, and to waive bidding informalities.
