Site work for a water / sewer project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
On August 22, 2022, City Council voted to: A. Approve a contract in the amount of $1,151,000 with Wildlands Engineering, Inc. for Phase 1 Services for the Coulwood Stream Restoration Progressive Design-Build Project, and B. Approve a contract in the amount of $1,193,100 with North State Environmental, Inc. for Phase 1 Services for the Valley Haven Stream Restoration Progressive Design-Build Project. The City of Charlotte ("Owner") is seeking Progressive Design-Build Services to design and construct three separate projects to include the Coulwood Stream Restoration Project (Project A) and Valley Haven Stream Restoration Project (Project B), individually or collectively referred to as ("Project"). The anticipated budget for the design and construction of the Scope of Work referenced in Section 1.3 is approximately $5.0 million dollars ($5,000,000).
