The intersection improvements at Cheyenne Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard are located within Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) jurisdiction whereby the work consists of installation of bituminous asphalt pavement, roadway excavation and embankment, clearing and grubbing, curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, striping, signing, removals, traffic signal modifications, street lighting, landscape removal and restoration, and associated appurtenance The Project shall be completed within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice-to-Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. With Federal funds used, the work shall be subject to the Buy America provisions, possess a DBE goal, and the labor rates shall use the higher of the Davis Bacon Wage Rate and Clark County Prevailing Wage Rate No Prebid Conference will be held for this Project Apparent bid results will be sent via email to the address provided on Page BP-8 of the bid proposal.
