Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of Work contemplated for the above named Project includes pavement reconstruction, concrete curb and sidewalk replacement, replacement of sanitary sewer infrastructure, as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on Bond Street shall be completed within One Hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. The provided Bid Packet must be completed in the manner designated in the Contract Documents, must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder and the name of the Project on the outside and must be addressed to the City of Asbury Park. Also, Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of the "City of Asbury Park" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bond for the full amount of this Project is required. The City of Asbury Park reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law. MBE (15%), WBE (6.9%)
