HVAC RENOVATIONS, PHASE 2 AT CENTRAL BUCKS HIGH SCHOOL WEST General Construction Mechanical Construction Electrical Construction Fire Protection Bidders must register with the Architect and Central Bucks School District prior to receiving bidding documents. Bidders must email the following three individuals: Alkesh Taylor (ataylor@kitchenandassociates.com), Milton Smith (msmith@kitchenandassociates.com), and Tom Hanna (thanna@cbsd.org) to register. Bidders must indicate name of company, address, contact person, and email address. Once registered, specifications and bid documents will be available by electronic download with a link provided by the Architect. Questions during the bidding process shall be emailed using RFI (Request for Information) format to the following three individuals: Alkesh Taylor (ataylor@kitchenandassociates.com), Milton Smith (msmith@kitchenandassociates.com), and Tom Hanna (thanna@cbsd.org). All parties must be emailed, or bidder will be disqualified. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents. The Central Bucks School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce quantities, and exercise its judgment as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered.
