Fort William Gardens Stair Posts. Intent of this Tender call is to obtain an offer to perform the work of fabricating and installing 125 stair posts (handrails) and associated types of work located at the Fort William Gardens for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Initiate work within 7 days of receipt of notice of contract award. Mandatory Site Meeting October 25, 2021 at 11:00am at the Fort William Gardens. Meet at the main entrance of the Fort William Gardens, 901 Miles St. Anyone attending the site visit must complete the Covid-19 form and return it to awolotko@kgsgroup.com prior to the site visit. The form is available at www.thunderbay.ca/CTBscreen. Offers in duplicate, submitted on the Stipulated Price Bid Form attached to this section, signed under seal, executed, and dated will be received by the City of Thunder Bay. Tenders will be received on the steps of City Hall, 500 Donald St E, Thunder Bay, ON P7C 5V3 by the Supply Management Representative, between 11:00 am and no later than 12:00 noon, local time on: November 9, 2021.
