Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Monticello, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The Project consists of the construction of an addition and renovation to the existing facility, to contain new clinic and physical therapy operations. Interior partitions will be gypsum board on metal studs. Interior doors will be factory-finished solid core wood in both aluminum and hollow metal frames. Construction and installation of casework is included as part of this contract. Finishes include, but are not limited to, luxury vinyl tile, carpeting, paint over gypsum board, and suspended acoustic panel ceilings. As of December 22, 2021, general contractor award information has yet to be announced. The project may go back out for re-bid at some point in the future. All questions during the bidding period shall be submitted to Libby Lamb, JRA Architects, via email (llamb@jrarchitects.com). All questions shall be submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to the established bid date The Mechanical work for this Contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, excavation, backfill and related items required to completely install, test, place in service and deliver to the Owner the complete mechanical systems in accordance with the accompanying plans and all provisions of these specifications.
