Remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 4,210-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
The contract will be awarded at a Board Meeting of the Park Board of Commissioners on November 18, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK - The scope of work involves furnishing all of the required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to, demolition and removals, electrical and lighting, flooring, painting, and custom millwork, in accordance with the plans prepared by Affrunti Design and Management dated September 9, 2021 and any authorized change orders which have been signed by both parties. Each bid shall also include three (3) references of clients for which similar work was performed, listing the name, address and telephone number of the client, a description of the work, and the construction cost. ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE ACT - All contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). . Refer to the project manual for information regarding the pre-bid meeting. REJECTION OF BIDS - The Crystal Lake Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities. AREA OF WORK: 4,210 SF Start Date: January 1, 2021 Completion Date: February 28th, 2021 Completion Date: TENTATIVE FOR MARCH 1, 2021
