Solicitation- 2020217.05 In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: The project includes various electrical repair and replacement work at the Districts Easterly WWTP, the Environmental Maintenance and Service Center (EMSC), Southerly WWTC, Westerly WWTC, and several remote facilities. This work includes, but is not limited to: battery system replacements, medium voltage cable testing, conduit/cable replacement, corrosion removal and coating of electrical raceway systems, a new generator connection panel, new automatic and manual transfer switches and transfer switch modifications, modifications to existing motor control centers, replacement panelboard circuit breakers, modifications to existing low voltage switchgear, replacement of resistance temperature detectors on existing motors/pumps/drives, new electrical service work including new buried duct banks (at Easterly WWTP only), and various related appurtenant work. CONTRACTOR SOW WILL BE TO PROVIDE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TO NEW UPS, AND ADDITIONAL PANELBOARDS TO NEW UPS. EXISTING CIRCUITS WILL NEED REROUTED TO NEW PANELBOARDS. CIRCUITS AND EXISTING LOCATIONS/PANEL WIRING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY NEORSD/EMSC. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles; furnishing all labor, transportation, and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications; and performing all work or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents.
