Palmetto Road Phase 2 and Sullivan Road Sidewalk Project The work consists of construction of approximately 11,000 SF of sidewalk and any necessary drainage and grading work and any other work needed to complete the project as directed by the Engineer. Inquiries pertaining to this ITB shall be made in writing and be in the hands of the Purchasing Division by the close of the business day on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. Questions can be submitted by letter, fax (865- 215-2277), or email to the Purchasing Agent of the City of Knoxville (powens@knoxvilletn.gov ) All Bids exceeding $100,000 must be accompanied by a Bidders Bond equal to 5 percent of the bid price The Owner reserves the right to reject any Bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the work contemplated therein. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
