The Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking services for the replacement of HVAC systems at its La Cima Conservation Camp, located in San Diego County In the opinion of Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), this Invitation for Bid is complete and without need of explanation. However, if you have questions, or should you need any clarifying information, the contact person for this IFB is: Sarah Best Department of Forestry and Fire Protection Sarah.Best@fire.ca.gov Potential Bidders may submit written questions regarding the bid by 2:00 p.m. on December 13, 2021. All questions should be emailed in writing to Sarah.Best@fire.ca.gov and CAL FIRE will provide answers to questions by written response on December 14, 2021. Questions 12/13/2021 2:00 p.m Proposed Award Date 01/13/2022 Anticipated Contract Execution Date 02/15/2022 For all contracts exceeding $25,000, Contractor shall furnish a Payment Bond on form STD. 807 in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The awarding agency reserves the right to reject all bids. The agency is not required to award an agreement.
