The Project consists of remove if existing condensers, evaporator coil, furnace and PVC ventilation and supply air piping. Proposals must be accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Guarantee (if the bid is greater than $100,000) for 5% of the proposal (or other security as indicated). The Owner reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any and all proposals or accept any proposal. Proposals are to be submitted on the form provided by the Owner.
