The Royal Oak Schools (also referred to the District or ROS in these documents) will accept sealed bids for: Churchill Center & Upton Elementary School Paving Improvements Project Furnish materials and labor to for paving improvements at Churchill Center and Upton Elementary School per drawings and specifications. Vendor to provide and install the number of air purification units shown on the documents. In addition, vendor to provide and install UVC bulbs in air handling, rooftop and other similar ventilation units shown on equipment schedule. Certified check, money order or Bid Bond must accompany each proposal by an approved surety company in an amount not less than 5% of the proposal amount. All bids shall be firm for at least sixty (60) days from the date of opening of bids. Length of time required for completion shall be specified in the bid.
