As of January 3, 2022 this project received bids but per own this were all rejected. New Bitumen Roof System on the Courthouse in Chilton County. BID DATE/AWARD DATE: DECEMBER 14, 2021 o Remove Gravel and Clean Roof on 2 sections. o Remove old A/C Units. o Put down 2x4's every 2' and screw down OSB/Plywood so water funnels to existing drains. o Install new base sheet. o Install new modified Bitumen roofsystem. o Add new flashing under existing coping on walls. o Coat entire roofwith Aluminum roof coating to lock all granules and reflect UV rays for extra protection. o Clean up all Debris from jobsite. o 20 YEAR WARRANTY ON WORKMANSHIP
