Renovation of a municipal facility in Bellevue, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

All MUD safety and permitting protocols will be strictly adhered to 2. Isolate and drain to storage the glycol from the heating loop a. Total system capacity is estimated at 5000 gallons b. Existing glycol is clean and to be reutilized c. Provide 55 gallons of inhibited propylene glycol 100% concentrate to balance system when refilled 3. Remove heating loop piping from boilers to overhead according to mechanical drawing a. Control valves will be removed 4. Remove doublewall stacks up to wye connection, save materials for reinstallation 5. Remove boilers for recycle. a. All equipment removed will be recycled appropriately to reduce any landfill waste 6. Supply and install new modular boiler a. Supply one Riello AR-4000 High efficiency condensing boiler b. Supply one 5 PSI gas regulator to meet Riello requirements c. Supply new doublewall stack 45 elbow and straight piece d. Supply and install new Electrical wiring with Neutral and Ground e. Set boiler on pad according to mechanical drawings f. Connect new boiler to natural gas supply and loop piping according to mechanical drawings g. Install double wall stack according to mechanical drawings eliminating the original wye connection h. Install fresh air connection from existing duct to new boiler i. Supply and install neutralizing drain assembly for boiler drain 7. Supply and install end of main recirculating piping, 3 way valve, and circuit setter valve 8. Test and fill new piping and boilers a. Pressure test all new piping with water to 70 PSI b. Drain and flush all new piping and boilers c. Refill new piping and vent entire system at all high points d. Add concentrate glycol solution to bring system up to at least 35% concentration e. Fill feeder tank with remaining glycol solution and verify operation i. Feeder tank should be at more than 35% glycol concentration f. Store any extra glycol solution on site in clean and properly labeled 55gal drums 9. Reprogram Building Automation System a. Contractor to subcontract with Control Services Inc i. Point of Contact is Frank McGargill 402-616-3534 b. Tie in boiler to BAS utilizing TCPIP or RTU connection c. Map points to BAS for monitoring and control of boiler i. Boiler alarm status read ii. Boiler loop inlet temp read iii. Boiler loop outlet temp read iv. Boiler setpoint read / write v. Boiler enable read / write vi. Boiler load read d. Remove boiler staging control from existing BAS Program e. Reprogram the loop setback temp schedule i. ODA =25 / Loop = 180 ii. ODA = 60 / Loop = 100 iii. ODA < 60 / Enable Boiler Loop iv. ODA > 65 / Disable Boiler loop v. User adjustable points for loop settings f. Remove adjustable bypass valve from controls g. Remove boiler isolation valves from controls h. User adjustable loop differential setpoint i. Existing loop pump VFD control is sufficient ii. Existing loop pump lead lag control is sufficient 10. Perform startup of boiler a. Factory Trained and Authorized Startup Person to perform startup b. Complete factory paperwork and submit to Riello 11. Warranty a. Provide a 1-year Workmanship warranty b. Materials warranty will be the same as warrantied by the manufacturers of the materials supplied
