Cap water, electrical, and sewer utilities at the restroom building
Demolish the restroom building
Remove a culvert, flared end sections, and fallen tree
Basketball court surface repair
Haul and properly dispose all debris offsite
Establish ground cover
Alternate 1
Demolish ballfield fencing
Haul and properly dispose all debris offsite
Alternate 2
Remove and replace approximately 430 lf of concrete sidewalk within the park
Haul and properly dispose all debris offsite No bid bond is required for this project. Work on this project shall be covered by a Single Prime Contract and subcontractors as deemed necessary. Each bidder must show evidence that they are licensed under Chapter 87 of the N.C. General Statutes. A General Contractors License is required and the license number shall be included in the Bid Proposal form. The City of Durham reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive informalities, and/or accept such bid as appears in its judgment to be in the best interest of the City. The Underutilized Business Enterprise (UBE) goals for this project are MUBE 11% and WUBE 0%.
