Package 1 (Roofing) American Constructors, the Construction Manager-at-Risk for Bastrop ISD, requests proposals for the Roofing Package for the Bastrop ISD Elementary #1 (Colony) and Elementary #2 (Hwy 812/21) projects. The two school designs are identical - however = the project should be proposed as two separate numbers with any combined award difference represented as an offered savings if any (reference proposal form). Project Information: Project Description: The projects involve the construction two new ~89,600 sf elementary schools for Bastrop ISD with one building prototype on two different sites. Exceptions may be a few color selections and graphical elements. 1. Bastrop Elementary #1 Located in the Colony development in the ETJ of Bastrop, TX - property is an ~12 acre site southwest of the Sam Houston Drive and Shagbark Trail Intersection. 2.
